Read this before you buy, and again before you claim
What exists now, as of September 6, 2026. The app does not exist yet. You are preregistering, not buying working software. What does exist: the cost per mile worksheet and the cockpit on this site, and the book itself.
What your money is a vote for. A phone tool built out of the method in the book, intended to hold fixed costs, variable costs and real miles and give back cost per mile before a load is taken. We build it only if enough drivers preregister. If the demand is not there, we will say so plainly.
What you should know before you buy. Preregistration is not refundable. You keep the book either way, in every case. Nothing renews, there is no stored card and nothing to cancel, and we never charge you at all: Amazon takes the payment and we hold no card. Your months start the day Beta 1 is delivered to preregistrants, meaning the day working app access is live for you, not the day you buy.

How it works, start to finish
Seven steps. The last page of your book gives the same two addresses.
- Buy the App Preregistration Edition on Amazon, in any format. Kindle $10.00 carries 1 month of app access. Paperback $25.00 carries 6 months. Hardcover $50.00 carries 12 months. Amazon takes the payment. We never charge you.
- Open the last page of the book. It gives two email addresses: bill.ihrie@ufocpm.com and Michael.Polzin@SolutionWright.com. They are the same two addresses on this page.
- Email either one with your proof of purchase. Your Amazon order number, or a photo of the receipt. A plain email is enough.
- A human reads it. There is no queue, no ticket system and no chatbot in front of us. If you write to Bill you get Bill.
- We grant the months that match the format you bought, and we tell you it is done. The access is granted by us, not by Amazon. An answer may take a few days, because a person is reading it. If you hear nothing in two weeks, write again.
- Your months begin the day Beta 1 is delivered to preregistrants. Not the day you buy. Beta 1 means working access you can actually use. An email, a confirmation, or the book itself does not start the clock. Beta 1 has no date. That way none of your months are spent on time when there is nothing to use.
- Everyone who preregisters is invited to the demonstration and review sessions. Writing to us is how we know where to send the invitation. You see the build before release and say plainly what is wrong with it, and you help decide what gets fixed and what gets made next. That invitation is in every format, not a bonus on the top one. If you would rather sit the sessions out, that is fine. Nobody is required to attend anything to keep what they bought.

You are not buying
A finished product. A release date. Working software today. Whether the app gets built at all depends on how many of these sell, and we will say so plainly either way.
You keep
The book, in whatever format you bought, forever, in every case. Any files you were sent. Neither is ever taken back.
One honest note about money
Preregistration is not refundable.
Not on request, not inside a window, not at the discretion of anyone. Read that before you spend anything. Preregistration is sold, and the money funds the rest of the build. We are not pretending otherwise and we are not going to dress it up. You are not buying a finished product and you are not buying a promise of a date. If that is not a trade you want, buy the standard book on its own and keep your money. That is a perfectly good answer.
Nothing renews. This is a one time book purchase. There is no annual term, no renewal, no stored card and nothing to cancel. We never charge you at all. Amazon takes the payment and we do not hold your payment details.
Amazon runs its own returns policy on the book, and we cannot override it. If Amazon refunds you for the book, that is between you and Amazon. What follows on our side is simple and stated up front: the app access granted for that purchase is withdrawn, because the purchase that paid for it was returned. Nothing else happens.
The app is not built. No release date is promised. Whether it gets built depends on how many preregistration editions sell. If the app does not get built, we will say so on this site in plain words. Preregistration is still not refundable, and the book is still yours.
No countdown, no tier that expires tonight, no invented scarcity. If the app turns out to be worth your money, you will know, because you will have been in the room while it was made.
